Delivery Policy


At Lunar Connect, we are dedicated to providing a prompt and reliable service. Our partner, UK Mail, helps us fulfil this ambition. Any online order placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday (Friday, its 4.00pm) is handled within minutes by our experienced personnel. Our stock management system helps us to maintain efficiency, and our carrier collects from us throughout each day to ensure we meet our pledged delivery times.


Order Monday to Thursday before 1pm for Next Day Delivery*

Order by 1.00pm Friday for delivery on Monday*

Order between 4.00pm Friday and Midnight Sunday for delivery on Tuesday*

*Free delivery is available on orders on all orders over £100 + VAT.

Stocked items are normally delivered the next working day (Monday-Friday), typical delivery for non-stocked items takes 3-5 days, subject to availability. Once your order has been registered, the expected delivery time will be confirmed.

We offer Free Delivery on Light Fittings* to the UK and Republic of Ireland. This covers the majority of our products but for the few remaining products, e.g. light bulbs, batteries etc. please see below for our delivery charges.

Due to the nature of deliveries, if your order includes a 2 metre lengths of channel and diffuser, there will be a standard charge due to handling.

All lighting kits and accessories other than 2M lengths of channel & diffuser – £7.99 Inc. VAT

All orders that include a 2 metre length of LED channel and or diffuser – £14.99 Inc. VAT

Tracking Your Order

UK Mail generally aim to deliver by the end of each working day, but parcels typically arrive before noon. This often means you’ll receive your order less than 24 hours after it was placed. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive on time, please email us at or telephone 0330 2233569 (local rate). We will pursue the order on your behalf and resolve any delivery problems. Proof of delivery can be provided by us if needed, including the name of whoever signed for the parcel.


What do I do if I receive damaged goods?

Lighting products tend to be fragile. Our carriers handle such goods every day and we’re confident our robust packaging will prevent damage to breakable items in transit. Despite our best efforts, accidents do occasionally happen. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage to us within 24 hours. We’ll be happy to address any problems and help with the return and replacement of your order.
